Shipping, returns, warranty and sizing. If something is not covered here, email us at hello@meridianvintage.com and a person will reply.
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days from despatch; express delivery is 1–2 business days. You will receive tracking as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Orders over $250 ship free within the continental United States. Orders below that are charged a flat rate at checkout, shown before you pay. Luggage is bulky, so we price shipping honestly rather than folding it into the product price.
Thirty days from delivery, for any reason, as long as the item comes back in resalable condition with its original packaging. Return shipping is free within the United States. If a return is the result of a defect or our error, we cover it entirely.
Defects in materials and workmanship for the usable life of the product — covering the shell, wheels, handles, zips and hardware. It does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic marks, or damage caused by airlines, accidents or misuse. The warranty is transferable, so it stays with the bag.
The Carry-On measures 22.0" × 14.0" × 9.0" including wheels and handles, which sits within the carry-on limits published by most major US carriers. International carriers, and some regional aircraft, use smaller limits — always check your specific airline before you fly, because their rules can change and we cannot guarantee acceptance.
If the failure is covered by the warranty, no — we repair or replace it and cover the shipping both ways. If the damage falls outside the warranty, we will quote the repair before doing any work, and we will tell you honestly when a replacement makes more sense than a repair.
The lining in our hard cases unzips completely and can be hand-washed cold, then air-dried. The shell wipes clean with a damp cloth and mild soap — avoid solvents and abrasive pads, which will dull the matte finish.
Brush the canvas dry and spot-clean with cold water. Treat the leather trim with a neutral conditioner once or twice a year, and let it dry away from direct heat. Full-grain leather darkens and softens with use — that is the material doing what it should, not a defect.
Yes. Replacement wheels, handle sets, zip sliders and foot studs are available for all current models. Email us with your model name and a photograph of the part, and we will confirm what you need.
